I'm grateful that you've found your way here.

This is a space that I was driven to create for my clients - people who have become beautiful friends and now live a life where their mindset is a priority. During our sessions, they have learnt to put awareness in place that allows them to understand why things are happening, which gives them the choice to either pick it up or drop it. After the appointments, I found them eager to further their learning, which is a significant part of self-growth. I had the help they were asking for, but no platform to deliver it. I always had an idea of what I wanted to create, but over time, that picture has become clearer, as life does. 

I'm happy to provide a space where you can choose a topic and embark on a sequence of learnings, typically a 28-day series that allows you the time and space to make awareness a priority through short videos, meditations, mantras, quotes, and written content. Under 10 minutes a day to signal to yourself that your thoughts, energy and vibration you give out are a priority to you. 

Through my journey, I have discovered many tools that have helped me achieve a calm and balanced mind, as well as taught others to find themselves and be free from the constant thoughts that keep us trapped. I have found that a calm mind allows us to navigate the body differently, serving as a tool to read the energy in the moment and providing a gateway to a different reality. One free from anxiety, stress, emotional rollercoasters, hurt or being let down, the list goes on, we can begin to truly understand ourselves and embark on the most rewarding path you will ever take -  a journey inward. 

Below you will find different sections. I highly recommend just trusting your gut and clicking on the one that seems to excite you. 

The mind is a powerful tool that acts as a navigator for our energy and body, deciding where it goes and what it does, in turn shaping how we feel and behave. When left untrained, it can wreak havoc on our bodies, nervous systems, and overall health and well-being. The mind and the body are powerful tools, and when they are not in communication, it creates an imbalance in the system that, as I have found, can have devastating effects. My MS has pushed me to seek many teachings and learnings, and having an open mind is the key to discovery. No one can convince you of something that does not resonate. The power lies in your choices; there is no threat you have to be fearful of, only excitement for what could be. 

Which brings me to my next section, spiritual, where I honestly would say 50% of my clients end up, the curiosity gets the better of them. It's natural to wonder, What's the point of life? Why are we here? What else is possible? There must be more to life? Am I alone? These questions are so common, but not for everyone, so I will leave the choice up to you. 

Pick up what resonates, leave what doesn't, but either way, enjoy the ride; it's meant to be full of loving, happy moments.

Lose your mind to find yourself, a concept that requires us to break free from our thought patterns to see what lies within us.

It is hard to focus on ourselves and those around us in a balanced way when we are so weighed down and controlled by our thoughts. 

Self-growth is the gateway to sorting issues like anxiety, stress, fear, low times, overwhelm and any other problems that lie in the thoughts.

In this section, you will find tools that will allow you the time, space and ability to step away from the things we think and towards a place where you can observe your thoughts and not only choose what you buy into but also understand why the trigger is there, shedding light on the heavy things we carry.

I would say that mindset is a state of mind we create, whether balanced or unbalanced. Balanced, where we are in control of our thoughts, aware with a calm mind, or unbalanced, where our thoughts control us, creating a false picture of who we think we are.

Every item in this category is designed to help you connect, read, and navigate the language between you, your energy, your thinking and your body. 

It's essential to have a balanced connection between your mind, body, and spirit. This creates balance and calm, and opens the gateway to many more possibilities for us. By establishing a strong body connection, we can begin to create a space where we can utilise our body as a tool to read energy in the moment rather than relying on the mind to analyse what is happening, which can be so tiring.

I would say that our Bodies are our physical vessels we have here on this earth. To fully understand, we need to look at the rest of our makeup. We have our physical body, our brain (a part of the body), and our being or spirit/energy. The best way to explain it is that our body is the car we drive, our brain is the engine that puts it all together, and our energy or soul is the fuel.

In this section, I aim to present not only my findings but also tools to help you discover answers for yourself. Through a more spiritual approach, you can begin to tackle situations differently and feel more whole within yourself. 

We are composed of our physical body, our mental thinking, and our energy. Anything spiritual is essentially related to energy, same, same, but different. Below, you will find my definition of spirituality. It is worth noting that these are my personal opinions and findings; however, I have come across many others who share the same opinions. I encourage you to approach it with an open mind. Please consider exploring the ideas that resonate with you, adopting the tools that work for you, and discovering your truths. The whole point is to start trusting in your energy. That being said, the mind, if uncontrolled, filters our energy, so it's essential to have basic abilities and understanding, such as meditation, leading to a healthy and balanced mindset.

I believe spirituality is a choice that allows us to see different possibilities, to read the energy before we trust our thoughts, to be guided by what we feel and see rather than what we think. It is a faith that keeps us walking towards the lighter side of life and releasing the heavy burdens we carry. Having faith and connection to something greater then ourselves.
