Since 2020, I have been studying various techniques and practices to help myself and guide others in healing, finding, and transforming ourselves. If you read my About Me page, you will learn about how I fell ill with MS and was inspired to study to try and discover how I functioned for three months without a single cognitive thought. I had studied Access Bars and became a facilitator to teach them, as well as body healing practices. After my relapse, I became a Reiki master. I studied Meditation, coaching, Yin Yoga, Tai Chi, sound therapy, psychic development, past life regression, hypnotherapy, space and energy clearing, Akashic records, psychic mediumship, meridian lines, manifestation, crystal healing, and chakra healing. It seems like a lot, but when you are in a space where you aren't well and not spending all your time and energy thinking, you can achieve so much.
