Hi, 

Thanks for stopping by.  I'm glad you're here to potentially explore and discover a calmer, more peaceful mindset with me. Through my journey with MS (multiple sclerosis) and living the school of hard knocks, I have managed to take myself from a fearful, anxious mess, trying to make it as a first-time mother, so anxious that I never even wanted to leave the house in fear of what might happen, so medicated I lost who I was. Now, a pretty balanced person (we all have our days), but most of all someone happy to celebrate the wins where they are and try to manage what I pick up and run with and what I choose to filter out. Allowing me to have a completely different reality from the one that I had previously lived every day of my life.
