As i venture into a rebranding and step away from some of the things i did like the podcasts i wanted to leave access to it, not only as a remembrance to a brand that has served me well but also to the free podcast and information available to everyone, i know so may clients still love to re listen to different episodes and who knows I may even revisit some stuff in the future. x

Hi, I am Nicole Jupp​

I started access you to help people navigate transition and change, gain freedom from their thoughts, and create a calm mind, leading to inner peace and balance. During my battles with MS (Multiple Sclerosis), I have had to recreate myself a few times now ​due to my changing circumstances. These transitions have added depth and meaning to my life. 

I'm here to share the tools that helped me find peace and purpose, even in the most challenging times. I was always overthinking, always anxious and in and out of depression. I would often make myself physically sick with the thoughts of social situations. I used to constantly worry about what others thought of me and what might happen. My constant thought pattern was focused outward, often stressing over situations that were out of my control, panicking about what I had previously said that might have upset someone or stories of what might happen. ​​I lived in an internal prison that was my mind with bars constructed by my uncontrollable thoughts. From the outside, my life was great, but inside, I was suffering.​

My greatest lesson was dealing with a disease that could strike at any time. It's like walking around with a grey cloud over your head, waiting for rain, but nothing can stop you when you learn to dance in it while appreciating the rain's lessons. ​I have learned about self-growth, inner balance, and managing stress during my illness, as well as being a manager, running businesses, including two companies of our own and being a mum. ​

So, no matter your stage in life, the struggle, or the change, I suggest you look around my website for a rewarding, mindful practice path.
