In the past five years, I have found many lessons, love, and joy on my journey.
All things I had before, but on a surface level, I was internally numb, high-functioning, and on autopilot. What looked like a debilitating attack from the outside turned out to be my greatest discovery.
I had 3 months with no internal thoughts, and it was bliss, it was freeing and life changing, and I wouldn't change it for all the tea in China.
I realised that I didn't have to think all the time, that I could take control and best of all, that it was easy and fun.
Now I get to help others find the same inner peace and balance, and I am so grateful x

Great question. Each day is designed to take around 10 minutes. It's enough time to create awareness and meaningful change, while still being easy to fit into everyday life.
Can I do this at my own pace?
Absolutely. You'll receive a daily email, but you can work through the content at a pace that suits you. I do recommend following the lessons in order, as each day builds on the last.
This reset is short-term, which is great, it's an opportunity to make yourself a priority. Small, consistent actions can create powerful change, and you may be surprised by what just a few minutes a day can do.
